2-year air frame warranty

What's covered

• Air tube seam or pressure failure under normal use.
• Valve defects, including leaking or failed quick-connect valves.
• Canopy stitching, sandbag and rope stitching and hardware faults.
• Manufacturing faults in the supplied handheld electric pump for 12 months.

What isn't covered

• Accidental damage, punctures from sharp objects, or damage from dragging over rocks and concrete.
• Over-inflation, use in conditions beyond the recommended wind range, or leaving the cabana up unattended or overnight.
• Damage from failing to fill the sandbags and tie off the guy ropes before walking away from your cabana.
• Fading, general wear and tear, and damage from storing the cabana wet, sandy or in prolonged direct heat.
• Products bought second-hand or from unauthorised resellers.

Making a claim

• Email hello@aircabanas.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and photos or a short video.
• We'll respond within 3-5 business days and, if needed, ask you to return the item.
• Where a claim is approved we'll repair the item, replace the affected part, or replace the cabana at our discretion.
• Approved warranty claims include return postage.

Your legal rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. This warranty is in addition to those rights.
