Shipping & delivery
Every AirCabana ships free within Australia on a tracked express service. Here's exactly what to expect once you order.

Dispatch
- Free express shipping on all Australian orders — no minimum spend.
- Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same or next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
- You'll receive tracking by email the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Delivery estimates
- East-coast metro areas: typically 2-6 business days from dispatch.
- WA, SA, TAS, NT and regional or remote areas: allow 5-12 business days.
- Estimates are provided by our courier partners and can extend during peak summer, sale periods and severe weather.
Delivery conditions
- We ship to street addresses only — we can't deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
- Parcels are sent with authority to leave, so the courier may leave your order in a safe place if nobody is home.
- Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, re-delivery is charged at cost.
- If tracking hasn't moved for five business days, email us and we'll chase the carrier for you.
International orders
- We currently ship within Australia only.
- If you're overseas and want a cabana, email us — we'll let you know when international shipping opens.
