Privacy policy
AirCabanas respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect
- Contact and order details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and order history.
- Enquiry details you send us through the contact form, chat or email.
- Marketing preferences, if you choose to subscribe to updates.
- Technical and usage data such as device type, browser, pages viewed and referring site.
- We never see or store full card numbers — payments are handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including warranty and return claims.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To improve our products, website and range based on aggregate insights.
- To send marketing only where you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
Who we share it with
- Couriers and fulfilment partners, so your order can be delivered.
- Payment providers and our e-commerce platform, to process transactions securely.
- Analytics and email tools that help us run the site and communicate with customers.
- Government or law-enforcement bodies where we're legally required to.
- We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
- We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences and measure site performance.
- Google Ads receives device and page information, advertising cookie identifiers and confirmed reservation transaction identifiers, amounts and currency to measure advertising and optimise ads. We do not send names, emails or phone numbers for advertising matching.
- Visitors in consent-required or unknown regions can accept or reject advertising tracking before Google loads. Elsewhere ordinary advertising tracking is enabled unless you refuse or use Global Privacy Control. Canadian visitors receive the choice because province-level location is unavailable.
- Use Cookie settings on any page to change your choice. Your browser stores a random visitor identifier, dated choice history, region and notice version as consent evidence. Withdrawal takes effect immediately; events refused when they happened are not replayed.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though some parts of the store may not work properly.
Storage & security
- Your data is stored with reputable providers using encryption in transit and access controls.
- Some providers store data overseas; we take reasonable steps to ensure equivalent protections apply.
- We keep personal information only as long as we need it, or as required for tax and legal purposes.
Access, correction & complaints
- Email hello@aircabanas.com.au or call Easy Inflatables on 02 4335 1603 to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 30 days.
- If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll work to resolve it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
