This page sets out the intellectual property rights that protect AirCabanas products, branding and content. Unauthorised copying, reproduction or imitation is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Trademark
AirCabanas™ is a pending trademark of AirCabanas. The AirCabanas name, logo, word mark and associated brand identifiers are protected under Australian trademark law and international treaty obligations.
Use of the AirCabanas™ name, logo or confusingly similar marks without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Design rights & patents pending
The AirCabana inflatable beach cabana — including the arched air-tube silhouette, integrated colour-matched sand pockets, roof apex vent, side mesh vents, open-front walk-in access and overall visual appearance — is the subject of registered and pending design and patent applications.
Any product, prototype, render, sketch or listing that copies or closely imitates these design elements without authorisation may infringe our registered and pending design rights.
Copyright
All photography, product renders, technical drawings, website content, blog articles, packaging, instructional materials and marketing assets on this website are original works owned by AirCabanas and protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, repost or use our content for commercial purposes — including training AI models or creating competing product listings — without written permission.
Anti-counterfeit warning
Genuine AirCabana products are sold only through aircabanas.com.au and authorised AirCabanas channels. Products sold on third-party marketplaces, discount platforms or unauthorised social-media stores may be counterfeit, unsafe or infringing.
Counterfeit cabanas may not meet our safety, UV-protection or material standards and may pose a risk to users. If you suspect a counterfeit or infringing listing, please report it to hello@aircabanas.com.au.
Enforcement
AirCabanas actively monitors online marketplaces, social platforms, search engines and manufacturing directories for unauthorised use of our brand, designs and content.
Where unauthorised copying or infringement is identified, we reserve the right to issue takedown notices, pursue platform enforcement, seek damages and take any other legal action available in Australia and internationally.
