Terms & conditions

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with AirCabanas. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders & acceptance

All orders are an offer to buy, and are subject to our acceptance and stock availability.
We may decline or cancel an order — including after payment — where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. Any payment taken is refunded in full.
Please check your order confirmation carefully and tell us within 12 hours if anything is wrong, so we can amend it before dispatch.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Prices, promotions and product specifications can change without notice, and promotions can't be applied retrospectively.
Payment is processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Your order ships once payment has cleared in full.

Product photography, renders and sketches are illustrative. Colours can vary between screens and production batches.
Sizes and shade coverage are nominal and measured when fully inflated; small variances are normal.
We continue to improve our products and may change materials, hardware or construction between production runs.

Always fill the four sandbags and tie off the guy ropes before leaving your cabana unattended, and use the included ground pegs on grassy ground.
Keep the roof vent clear so air can escape, and take the cabana down in strong or gusting wind.
Don't over-inflate beyond the pressure marked on the valve, and don't use the cabana as a swimming aid, floatation device or trampoline.
Adults must supervise children in and around the cabana at all times.
You use the product at your own risk and are responsible for setting it up in line with the supplied instructions.

The AirCabanas™ name, logo, product designs, imagery and site content are our property. The AirCabanas trademark application is pending.
You may not copy, reproduce or use our branding, product designs or photography without written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to replacing the product or refunding the price you paid.
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage or injury caused by misuse, unsafe set-up or use outside the recommended conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you order is the version that applies.
Our shipping, returns, warranty and privacy policies form part of these terms.
