How the pre-order launch works
Is the A$30 deposit really refundable?
Yes. Email hello@aircabanas.com.au any time before dispatch and we refund your full deposit — no questions asked.
When will my cabana ship?
The first batch is expected to reach our Australian warehouse in early November. We'll email and text you the moment it lands with your confirmed dispatch date, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before then.
When do I pay the balance?
Only when your cabana is in our Australian warehouse and ready to ship. We'll email and text you first, with a secure payment link.
What do Pre-Order Launch customers get?
Launch pricing locked in and first allocation from the pre-order launch. The Classic includes its striped ground sheet.
